About Me
I am a PhD student in Computer Science at Miami University (starting Fall 2026), previously completing my Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Technology at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), where I was a member of the Hyperspectral Imaging and Biomedical Research Lab under the supervision of Dr. Hsiao-Chi Li and Dr. Hsin-Han Chiang.
My master’s research focused on developing a prompt-guided segmentation framework for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs) in spinal radiographs, achieving state-of-the-art performance even for challenging cases involving vertebroplasty implants.

Research Interests
I am broadly interested in the intersection of deep learning and clinical applications, with a focus on:
- Medical Imaging: Segmentation, detection, and analysis of clinical images (X-ray, MRI)
- Trustworthy AI: Robustness, reliability, and interpretability of AI systems in high-stakes domains
- Foundation Models: Prompt-guided and generalizable models for biomedical applications
- Multimodal & Multitask Learning: Integrating multiple data modalities and tasks for richer understanding
